Ring Sizes
Option 1 – Measure a ring you already own
Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters. Example: 17 mm = size 7
Option 2 – No ring? No problem
Wrap a string around your finger, mark the point where it meets, then measure the length in millimeters. Example: 54 mm = size 7

Use a measuring tape (or a string and ruler) around your wrist. Add +1 cm for a looser fit.
